Save Food From The Fridge

Probably the coolest thing I've ever seen. EVER.

Confetti Yogurt Pops

Doesn't that look delicious!

And it's HEALTHY! I know my Lucy Lu will love this!

Recipe:
cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup assorted berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, chopped strawberries)
5 pretzel rods, halved, or 10 baked snack stick crackers

Directions:

1. In a large bowl gently stir together the yogurt and fruit. Spoon into 4-ounce ice-pop molds or 3-ounce paper cups. Cover molds or cups with foil; use a sharp knife to cut a small hole in the foil and insert cut side of pretzel rod or snack stick. Freeze until firm. Remove foil and mold or cup before serving.

2. Store for up to a month. Makes 6 pops.

Yep, Crystal Light + Metabolism (since I'm old and my metabolism is non-existent) Peach Mango Green Tea GOODNESS.

You have to try this out - Not only is it good, it gives you the "pep" of coffee (which I'm trying to give up) - which is what I've been longing for in a drink OTHER THAN my other addiction: Coffee.

I now have a pack of these in my purse, in my desk drawer and at home. You can find them at any grocery store for $1.88. Sweet!
