Its Day 4 and I started my menstral cycle (ew, T.M.I.?) Per diet instructions, I'm suppose to stop the drops 3 days into my period. So here I am.
I will resume on the 500 calorie diet plan as suggested but..................................
I did something AWFUL this morning. I blame it on my period. That evil thing!!!
In my defense......it's sugar-free and non-fat. eeek!!!
