Polka Dot Party!

As I was browsing through my "crafty blogs" list this morning (while I was suppose to be working) I stumbled upon this CUTE CUTE CUTE idea for a party. Lucy will be one in November (yes, thats only 4 months away - eeek!) and I REALLY want to try this POLKA DOT party out. Such a cute idea to have everyone (ok maybe not the men, because lets face it, Men would just look stupid in polka dots) dressed in polka dots.
